Accounts Clerk (Crew Payroll)

About the Job
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Clerk to support our finance and payroll operations.
This role is suitable for candidates with basic accounting knowledge who are keen to learn and grow in a team-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry
  • Accurately input daily financial transactions into Excel spreadsheets
Crew Payroll
  • Assist in the preparation of crew / seafarers’ payroll and reconciliation using payroll software
Administrative Support
  • Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by the superior
Required Skills and Qualifications

Education :
  • Minimum GCE O-Level, with basic accounting knowledge or formal accounting studies
Technical Skills :
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Comfortable using payroll or accounting software
Attention to Detail :
  • High level of accuracy and meticulousness in numerical data entry
Organization:
  • Able to manage deadlines effectively
  • Well-organized in maintaining crew / seafarers’ payroll records
Attitude :
  • Keen learner
  • Team player with a positive working attitude
